DESCRIPTION:
Ball-bearing turntables diameter up to 1300 mm and load capacity up to 14
t. - are the easy and cost saving solution for the construction of your trailer.
We have a 20 years long experience in production and know-how and a strong contact
for the distribution. Our ball-bearing turntables are perfectly suited to sustain
extending mileage and heavy road conditions. A special rubber lining prevents the
grease filled bearing and reduces the maintenance and operating costs to minimum.
Our ball bearing turntables are produced from hot rolled steel profile of the highest quality standard EN 10083-2.

APPLICATION OF BALL BEARING TURNTABLES SERIES “HB”:
Ball bearing turntables, series “HB” with diameter from 1000 mm up to 1300
mm and axial load from 7 tons up to 14 ton have most wide and cost saving application
into the construction of automobile and agricultural trailers.
• Option: the bearing is supplied drilled and ready for mounting, either without
drilling; it is possible to drill following to customer request.
• During the mounting, the bearing should be greased (the recommended grease is
Lithium based); depending upon the operational conditions, the bearing should be
greased once per month.
• The mounting should be on a flat and rigged base and at least 50% of turntable’s
circumference should be adequately supported. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO WELD THE TURNTABLE
TO THE FRAME.
• The stated axial load is valid for three-axle trailers and can be exceeded by
10% for two-axle trailers. For applications below 25 km/h, the axial loads can be
exceeded by 20%.
• The series “HB” with lining defends the path of the balls and secures the operation
of the bearing without service up to 300 000 km either 3 years in normal conditions
of operation.
The major advantage of the ball bearing turntables, series “HB” is their
technical characteristics to handle heavy loads and this is giving an exceptional
wide application of the series ”HB”: agricultural machines, mine cars, locomotives
and conveyors, package machines, during loading and unloading of palettes and large
shipping racks, working platforms in the industrial production.
