3. CASTING PRODUCTION
We can organize both serial production on regular basis and small-scale production.
We offer technical assistance to satisfy customers request. When you submit all technical details, we can construct and manufacture the equipment and instruments for the regular production of the brake drums of the type suitable for your production purpose.
customer orders can be produced with customer’s own equipment as well.
4. 4. MACHINING
We can operate a large number of machining processes on metal details by using kinematics of machines and CNC machines.
We obtain smooth finish, small tolerances and axis of symmetry.
The different kinds of processes are:
- Machining of cylindrical ( rotation) details
- Machining of profile ( corpus and prismatic ) details
- Machining of sheet material – cutting, stamping, bending
- Heat treatment – cementation, surface and density tempering
- Surface cover – painting, powder metallurgy cover, galvanization and oxidation
